Welcome to our luxury off -grid glamping retreat in the heart of Knockholt, in the Kent countryside only 35 minutes from central London.
Experience a true secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of daily urban life here at the retreat at our fully sustainable retreat with wood fired sauna.
Explore a natural hideaway and beautiful country walks with friends and family, while in the evening relaxing under the stars beside a magical, roaring firepit.
Glampers can also capture faraway views of the London skyline from parts of the land on The Knockholt Retreat, giving that extra touch of magic. Enjoy the comfort of our beautiful, spacious, well-equipped bell tents in a farmland oasis.
OUR ACCOMMODATION
Our bell tents are all specially designed to give you that outdoor experience but with a touch of comfort and glamour. The tents all come with a double bed, with additional single beds that can be hired if needed.
OUR SERVICES
Food & Drinks
Guests are encouraged to come fully equipped with their own food and drinks, although there is a local convenience store for essentials. Many of our guests enjoy toasting marshmallows on the firepit.
Fire pits and BBQs
Set the scene by lighting up a bbq or boiling up a brew on the open firepit. A great way to stay warm when stargazing too. We provide a bag of logs to get started but more can be bought from us if needed.
Towels & Bedding
Keep dry, warm & snuggly come rain or shine! Our beds are all made up with fresh bedding with lots of cosy blankets and rugs. Guests are asked to bring their own towels should they wish to use the showering facilities.
Countryside nature walks
There are some lovely countryside walks that can be taken from the glamping site. Just ask us and we'll suggest a walk to suit your preferences.
Rubbish and bottles
We encourage guests to recycle their rubbish and dispose of any glass in bottle bins provided. We do have recycle and food waste bins on site.
A clean glampsite is a happy glampsite!
Toilets & Showering
There is a private, luxury glamping toilets and showers on the site, which can be used by our retreat guests. Complete with fancy sprays and toilet rolls!

What to expect...
Our tents are decorated with luxury and convenience items mind. Everything is at your fingertips with that touch of comfort. There’s pillows, warm cosy throws and lots of attention to detail. We also have a communal stretched tent for if the weather is bad to still be able to partake in activities such as Yoga, fitness training, wellbeing sessions or just to chill!! We also have a beautiful wood fired Naudic thermowood sauna for guests to enjoy!!
Don’t worry about things like cups, plates, glassware and cutlery - we’ll provide all of that. Just pour yourself a drink and unwind in nature!
The tents are 6 metres in floor space so there’s lots of room for lounge around inside, if you feel like taking cover from nature!
Our tents are perfect for a couples night away, a family retreat or a planned celebration such a birthday or hen weekend. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll accomodate it as best as we can!
What it costs...
£150 per night weekends and holidays
£125 per night mid week
Please enquire for full site / group hire - up to 40 people (Please enquire if you need more and we can work something out)
Tents are set up to sleep 2 people.
Max of 4 people ideally but we could squeeze 1 possibly 2 extra at your special request so none of the family miss out.
Any additional beds are charged at £15 / bed (we can provide single camp beds as needed).
If you're planning to camp in larger groups of more than one tent, please specify this in your enquiry email / booking request (for special rates).
